Developers map service Maps.Me announced the release of a new version of the app for devices running iOS and Android. Now it’s Hiking and Biking displays the elevation profile.
In the update index 6.3.4 in addition to the usual road routes allows you to build a Hiking and Cycling route that takes into account terrain features and chooses the most comfortable way for the cyclist. This information is shown at the bottom of the screen. Feature became available thanks to the data about the terrain maps with OpenStreetMap.
