LG introduced the smart watch Watch Urbane 2nd Edition with the possibility of calls

LG introduced a new model smart Watch Urbane 2nd Edition. It is the first watch running Android Wear with a cellular modem with the ability to make calls. Moreover, there exists a support of networks of third (3G) and fourth (4G/LTE) generations. In addition, there are adapters Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-Fi.

The novelty has a round POLED screen with a diameter of 1.38 inch resolution 480 x 480 pixels. A pixel density of 348 ppi reaches. The body is made of stainless steel and the strap is made of TPSiV elastomer, or leather.

Inside there was a platform Snapdragon 400 with a clock frequency of 1.2 GHz, 768 MB of RAM and a flash drive of 4 GB. The battery capacity is equal to 570 mA•h.

The set of sensors includes a gyroscope, accelerometer, electronic compass, barometer and photoplethysmography sensor to measure heart rhythm. In addition, there is a receiver satellite navigation system GPS.

The device is protected from water and dust (IP67) and will be available with straps in black, white, grey-blue and brown. The price and timing of sales in the European market, LG will be announced later.

Note that from September this year, the clock on Android Wear officially compatible with iOS devices. In the App Store released an application that allows you to connect your iPhone to smart hours on the platform Google.
