For some the physical keyboard remains the most convenient way to work and jot down ideas when working on smartphones and tablets. Along with a new 12.9-inch iPad Pro, Apple has introduced branded keyboard cover. As it became known, it will not be available with layouts other than us.
Full access to Smart Keyboard Pro for iPad can only U.S. residents, at least at first. On the description page of the Apple accessory indicates: “Keyboard is Smart Keyboard Pro for iPad is only available in the American layout”. This note is also in German, French, Italian and other versions of the Apple website.
On the website the company describes the special abilities enhancement. In particular, about the new Smart interface Connector, which enables communication between Smart Keyboard Pro and iPad. It is located on the plug side of the keyboard and on the corresponding side of the iPad Pro. Smart Connector communicates with the conductive material inside the Smart Keyboard and provides bi-directional communication and power.
Surface Smart Keyboard consists of three materials. Like the Smart cover, the top layer is made from durable polyurethane, and the bottom — soft microfiber. This lining protects the display and keeps it clean when the keyboard is folded. Unique keyboard makes the middle layer. It consists of a new conductive material that provides the interface between Smart Keyboard Pro and iPad.
As for another keyboard Apple Magic Keyboard – it is already localized into Russian language and available to order online. Of cost Smart Keyboard information yet, “magic” model will cost 8700 rubles.
