IPhone users have filed a lawsuit against Apple for illegal replacement smartphones on the restored

IPhone users have filed a claim to the Apple in the district court of California. The plaintiffs have accused the company of violations of warranty service AppleCare.

Apple offers buyers of technology with the opportunity to extend the standard warranty of products from to 3 years. Such an extension is called AppleCare a special contract, which extends the device’s warranty to three years and provides 90 days of free technical support by phone.
