Bank Piper Jaffray conducted another study and found that 82% of Teens use iPhone instead of Android. About the publication reports Business Insider.
The survey was conducted among several thousand children living on the territory of the United States of America. Average age of the respondents is 16 years.
The number of iPhone owners in the U.S. grew by 4% in comparison with the latest survey by Piper Jaffray. While this figure could rise in the near future, as 84% of people who participated in the research said that they see as their next smartphone it was the device Apple.
But the Google operating system is not demand among American youth. Only 11% of respondents reported that they are using a device running Android.
In fairness it should be noted that Piper Jaffray is tied exclusively to young people and does not reflect the whole situation. According to research firm Statista iPhone use in 45.3% of the US population. The company’s position in the world, of course, is even worse. The bulk of the population uses Android because it is much more affordable.
