The first was the tested device running iOS 10.3.2, then after upgrading to iOS 10.3.3.

At the same time on the three tested units the autonomy to iOS 10.3.3 was worse and one better. In particular, the iPhone 5 lasted for 2 hours 43 minutes on iOS 10.3.2 and 2 hours 36 minutes on iOS 10.3.3 (-7 min.), iPhone 5s – 3 hours and 19 mine and 3 hours and 11 minutes, respectively (-8 min), iPhone 6 3 hours 12 minutes 3 hours 9 minutes (3 min), iPhone 6s – 4 hours, 38 minutes and 4 hours and 41 minutes (+3 minutes).

As we reported earlier, Apple iOS 10.3.3 paid special attention to security. So the update is recommended to be installed on all devices.
