The night before the developers got access to the fifth beta version of iOS 9. We had time to study the release and talk about the main changes.
In its fifth edition test the Apple operating system was the ability to compare the throughput of your Internet connection by Wi-Fi and mobile networks. In addition to Wi-Fi Assist fifth beta version of iOS 9 also has some changes in the interface settings and the calendar, updated the CarPlay app and support calls via Wi-Fi, although at the moment this feature is only for subscribers of the U.S. mobile operators AT&T and Sprint.
In iOS 9 beta 5 developers presented a new collection of Wallpaper that includes images in an abstract style, the pictures with the feathers of birds, pictures of flowers and planets. In the Music app now has a button to start playback of all the tracks from the library user in a random order, in a similar way, you can listen to all songs of the selected artist. When you first launch the “Calendar” now display the list of innovations, and the keyboard has been updated the button to Backspace and Shift.
If earlier on the iPhone’s lock screen could display information about the recommended apps from the App Store, but now iOS 9 will offer to run a program already installed. This takes into account personal preferences and current location of the user. Finally, Apple has updated the interface of the standard application “Activity”.
Operating system iOS 9 beta 5 is available for download in the Apple developer center, as well as on devices with previous beta release of “nine”. The official release of the final version of the platform will take place in September 2015.
