iOS 9.3 named “the most stable for several years,” the iOS version

Mobile apps crash in iOS 9.3 is much less than in previous versions of the operating system. This is reported by analysts of the company Apteligent who study the stability of the mobile platform Apple. The experts came to the conclusion that the “fall” of apps on iOS 9.3 occur much less frequently than in iOS 9.2 and iOS 8, and iOS 7.

Crashing in the new iOS 9.3 occur in almost half less than in iOS 8 and almost four times less frequently than in iOS 7 in due time – in 2.2% cases. In iOS 8, iOS 9-iOS 9.2 for the last week the number of failures was 3.2%. The frequency of “falls” of apps in iOS is also less than 9.3 and compared to published in 2012, iOS 6, in which it was 2.5%. Thus, Apple managed to produce the most stable over the last years version of the operating system.

For comparison, the stability of the latest release of Android 6.0 Marshmallow is described in the index by 2.55% failures.

It is known that the development of iOS 9, the company from Cupertino was focused on optimization and stability. The release did not bring the traditional abundance of new opportunities, and engaged in the elimination of problems and issues, and tried to make OSes more stable and productive.
