iOS 9.1 Beta 5, iOS 9.0.2 or iOS 8.4.1: who is faster?

In Google Trends, which tracks popular search queries, the number of hits with the phrase “iPhone Slow” (slow iPhone) after the presentation of the new iPhone 6s have increased. Blogger iAppleBytes decided to test whether or not the iOS’s fault that iPhone is not working as we would like.

That new iPhone working slower than the previous, we can understand from the experiment of the American journalist that before the release of iPhone 6s were offered to passers-by on the street first iPhone under the guise of the latter. Users noted that the applications on it run faster.

It is believed that iPhone seem to be slower for two reasons: problems with optimization for iOS 9 and the appearance of the users subconscious feeling that with the release of new model old seems less productive.

Enthusiast took three iPhone 4s, running iOS 8.4.1, iOS iOS 9.0.2 and 9.1 beta 5. The test he conducted, comparing the launch speed is similar to standard applications. iAppleBytes came to the conclusion that iOS 8.4.1 noticeably faster than the current stable version 9.0.2 iOS, however in iOS 9.1 the company obviously spent optimization and as a result performance this version strives for iOS 8.4.1.

“iOS 9.1 Beta 5 looks pretty promising from the point of view of speed. 8.4.1 iOS on the iPhone 4s is faster, but iOS 9.1 beta 5 is coming with her. When comparing iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s you can also see that iOS is ahead of iOS 9.0.2 9.1. Games and applications run faster”.
