Instagram has launched online translation for Russian users

Instagram has announced the launch of Russia’s new features – direct online broadcasts in the Stories section. This is stated in the press release of the company.

Live broadcasts have earned in Instagram in November last year. Now Russian users can go live and watch live broadcasts of the section Stories. Users can enable and disable comments. The video will not be recorded – all broadcasts will be deleted.

According to the developers of Instagram, online translation will greatly enrich the experience of interaction between users, will help them to maintain closer contact. “If I was trying to strengthen relations with the people I live broadcasts would be a great way to be closer to them,” said service co-founder Kevin Systrom.

In order to start live in Instagram, you need to select the “Go live” in the camera menu. The stream can last up to one hour.
