Instagram has launched an online broadcast and disappearing photo and video

Instagram has announced the launch of two new features – direct online broadcasts in the section Stories and disappearing photos and videos to Instagram Direct for chats. This is stated in the official company blog.

Live broadcasts will be conducted in section Instagram Stories no more than an hour. Users will be able to turn on and off comments. Video will not be recorded – all broadcasts will be deleted.

For design services, online translation will greatly enrich the experience of interaction between users, will help them to maintain closer contact. “If I was trying to strengthen relations with the people I live broadcasts would be a great way to be closer to them,” said Kevin Systrom, co-founder and CEO of Instagram.

Function live video will be available to Instagram users in all countries “within the next few weeks.” Disappearing photos and videos in personal and group chats Instagram Direct is already available for all users of the social network.
