According to the website DownDetector, most of the complaints on crashing Twitter Tuesday came from the UK and other Western European countries, but also there are reports from Russia, the USA and Japan.
In the moment when you try to go to any service page, a message appears “something went wrong. Thanks for the message on malfunction! Soon we will eliminate the problem and bring the system to a working state”.
The web version of TweetDeck, the Twitter client for work with social network, also available. According to user reports, the glitch touched and mobile applications.
Complaints about service come from the UK, France, Japan, the Netherlands. In addition, user reports about problems on Twitter did, in particular, from Moscow. According to reports in social networks “Vkontakte”, the microblogging service went down at least on the territory of several regions of Russia.
According to the service “Every failure”, problems with downloading the social network began about 11:00 Moscow time. 46% of the problem reports concern the web-version, 30% iOS, 23% Android.
The last global crash happened on Twitter in November 2015. In Moscow, the social network became available two hours later. What was the cause of them is unknown.
