According to the head of the company Dmitry Klimenko, while the operator was allowed to use a 40 objects of the network in Sevastopol, but in may they expect to obtain “a large number of permissions across the Peninsula. “CTC Telecom has built a support network in the Crimea, but the radio system will lease from another Crimean operator “K-Telecom”.

Klimenko explained that because of an agreement with a competitor about RAN-sharing – joint use of radio access networks, managed to save time for the start of the project. Investment in the project he did not disclose, but noted that the payments “K-Telecom” for allocated capacity of the radio network make up a significant portion of the costs of the company. In the future, “CTC Telecom expects to negotiate with “K-Telecom and spectrum sharing (frequency sharing).

Chief of the communications and information technology of the government of Sevastopol Vadim Diachenko said that “CTC Telecom signed a roaming agreement with “Setelementvalue”, a joint venture company “progress holding” and state-owned enterprises Sevtelekom.
