In Russia presents a “revolutionary” wireless docking station for iPad – iPort LaunchPort [video]

IPort company specializing in the manufacture of electronics products for Apple, introduced in Russia a proprietary docking station for iPad. The LaunchPort manufacturer calls a “revolutionary wireless charging system”, which includes magnetic mount, both on the wall and on the table.

LaunchPort is a combination of an induction charger and structures for magnetic attachment to the iPad. Charging occurs at the same rate as when you use standard power supply specified by the manufacturer.

This system consists of three parts: a case Sleeve that fits an iPad and two mounting – wall and table WallStation BaseStation station. Sleeve has a built-in mechanism to receive energy wirelessly and transfer it into the battery of the tablet. The protective case is made for iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini any generation and is available in two colors: white and black.

WallStation wall mount also comes in two colors: black and white. The manufacturer gives a guarantee of durability: do not worry that the tablet will fall at the wrong time, thanks to the integrated powerful magnet. Table station BaseStation, in turn, is offered in two colors: brushed aluminum and metallic black. It is designed in such a way that the case when use was at an angle that allows you to easily use it while charging.

LaunchPort does not grant the ability to charge anywhere. Its purpose is to eliminate the physical connection. Users do not have to mess with cables and plugs. While charging can be free to turn the iPad around its axis.

The cost of the stand LaunchPort is $299, the cover Sleeve will cost $249, and mount WallStation valued at $299.
