In iOS 9 support quick responses to third-party messengers

But there are options that are reflected in iOS 9, among them enhanced support for quick answers.

Last year’s iOS 8 introduces quick answers Quick Reply. However, in its current form it only works for the standard application, iMessage, allowing you to respond to messages via banner notifications. In unofficial Cydia store presents a variety of appropriate tweaks to instant messengers, including LINE, WhatsApp and Viber. In iOS 9 this function operates at the system level, so it can be used by the developers of the messengers.

By the way, that appeared in iOS 9 from our lists in addition to Quick Reply – mode QuickType in Russian, the official client of the cloud service iCloud Drive and improved work with text.

While that iOS 9 is officially available only to developers. In July, Apple for the first time to test the beta version of “nine” to everyone. For download a preview version will require registration on the website of the company beta.apple.com.

A new “axis” will be available free of charge, and the size distribution will be reduced fourfold: from 4.7 to 1.3 GB. It can be installed on the same device that iOS 8: iPhone 4s and newer, iPad 2 and iPad mini and later models, as well as the iPod touch 5G.

The final release of iOS 9 is expected in autumn. In September-October, Apple will hold another already “consumer” press conference devoted to the announcement of the new generation iPhone. The availability of “nine”, most likely, the company will announce on the same day.
