How to make ringtone for your iPhone from any song [without jailbreak]

In today’s world the telephone is an important part of each person. Many people use iPhone not only for communication but also for entertainment. Apple offered users a large choice of tunes for every taste. The truth is not always offered enough choice. Often we want to use the track from the library as ringtones. Step 1: Open the GarageBand app on the iPhone.

Step 2: Scroll to the right to partition the audio recorder and hit on the card.

Step 3: Click on the icon with layers in the upper left corner (third from left on top bar).

Step 4: turn Off the metronome (the icon next to the record button).

Step 5: Click the “+” button in the right corner of the screen.

Step 6: In the drop-down window, click on “Section A”, then specify the length of the section Automatically.

Step 7: Click the ring icon in the upper right corner to open the window with the music library on your device.

Step 8: Click on the desired song with your finger and drag it to the main screen of the program.

Step 9: You imported into the audio editor the complete track. But the song should be shortened, so as to ringtone suitable composition duration is 30 seconds and for short messages to 4 seconds.

Step 10: Reduce the length of the track in two ways: either by moving the edge of the sound of the track line (left or right), or dividing the composition with the help of snipping tool. To use the snipping tool, you can double-click on the strip with a sound track, then click “Split”. Then cut with scissors the desired fragment and remove unwanted parts.

Step 12: to save a ringtone, press the triangle in the upper left corner and select My songs.

Step 13: the Ringtone will be saved in the GarageBand library, but we need to import it into the ringtones section. To do this, press and hold the track My songs, then the Share button –> Ringtone.

Step 14: Open the Settings –> Sounds, tactile alarms –> Ringtones and choose the saved ringtone.
