In progress of jailbreak iOS 8.4 some users encountered with the error “the Apple Driver Hasn t Been Found”. The problem arises due to the mismatch between the bitness of the operating system and software iTunes – crash occurs when using 64-bit Windows and 32-bit iTunes.
In the case with the latest versions of exploit TaiG users don’t have to do a roll back iTunes to version 12.0.1, nevertheless, users of 64-bit Windows may have problems with the jailbreak of iOS 8.4. During the procedure, the program throws the following error:
“TaiG Jailbreak Tool
Apple driver hasn t been found.
Please download and install iTunes.
How to fix “Apple Driver Hasn t Been Found”:
Step 1: make Sure you installed the 64-bit version of iTunes. Download the latest release at this link.
Step 2: Download the driver iTunesDriver64_0205.exe for 64-bit iTunes here. Install the driver on your PC (or virtual machine on a Mac).
Step 3: Download TaiG 2.2 to jailbreak iOS 8.4 here.
Step 4: jailbreak iOS 8.4, using the instructions on this link.
