How to enable quick launch Windows 10 on your PC or virtual machine for faster loading OS

Step 2: Select “Action of the power buttons” in the left column, then click “Change settings that are currently unavailable”.

Step 3: under shutdown Settings you will see the new settings. Tick “Turn on fast startup (recommended)” and click “Save changes”.

Step 4: Restart the computer and use keyboard shortcut Win+R after the desktop appears. Enter “services.msc” in the dialog box “Run” and press Enter.

Step 5: note the list of services that continue to run. Click on them right mouse button and change the settings from standard to delayed start, and then click “Save”.
