Anonymous blog “Humpty Dumpty” is posted in the Internet correspondence of top managers of Russian state-owned companies that plan to submit to the authorities of Russia the project “separate Internet”. In the discussion of the document, allegedly, was attended by the head of cluster analysis and spatial development of Vnesheconombank Sergei Hansa, Director of information technologies “RusHydro” Garald Bandurin and a few others.
According to the hackers, they gained access to the correspondence of top managers of Russian state-owned companies, which operate in conjunction with the group “some generals” from the party “Stronghold of Russia” and plan to create in Russia “separate Internet” called “National information system”. The project is expected to introduce the country’s top leadership in the framework of import substitution.
Hackers have published a document called “help” which, they claim, was attached to the letter, who are in their disposal. It proposes to create a “fully own it platform, the prospects of having a global expansion”. Its development will “provide the solution to the problems of import substitution in it” and “to create a secure national digital environment with significantly lower than in the global www-space risks”.
Published in the “Humpty-Talk,” the document States about the direct relationship of Russia from “benevolence and decency the world’s largest suppliers of it solutions”.
“There are no objective guarantees that in case of escalation of the conflict with the West their intelligence will not be able to paralyze or, worse, to seize direct control of the infrastructure,” wrote the authors of the document.
