Google Pixel owners complain of spontaneous off smartphones at 30% charge

Google Pixel owners began to complain about the problem, which has previously been reported by iPhone owners. After installing the update, the smartphones have become spontaneously off despite sufficient battery level.

When the company Google introduced the Pixel and the Pixel XL, the smartphone has attracted a lot of attention. After the start of sales of the device quickly gained popularity due to the advanced equipment and the Android operating system 7.1 Nougat with exclusive set of functions.

However, over time, began to appear more and more complaints about a problem with the Google Pixel, including hovering, the sound distortion when played at maximum volume, the problems during the shooting. Now it became known about another failure — inadvertent disabling of smartphones for 25-30% of the battery left, while this should be enough for a few more hours of work. One user even reported a similar situation at 60% battery.

Google has not yet made any official statements regarding the issues. Previously, a similar problem was seen in the iPhone 6s, whose owners began to complain about the premature shutdown of devices. Apple explained the problem to a manufacturing defect and has launched a program to replace batteries.
