Despite the fact that the announcement of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus is expected only in September, rumors about new smartphones have flooded the network. Numerous sources claim that one of the main changes of the device will be an upgraded camera. Early in the year, sources reported that for the first time since the iPhone 4s, the company decided to increase the camera resolution up to 12 megapixels. Today, the network appeared the information confirming this information.
According to data from the social network Weibo, the new generation Apple smartphone will indeed be equipped with a main camera resolution of 12 megapixels. The current resolution cameras iPhone – 8 megapixels – has not changed since the release of the iPhone 4s in 2011. Unlike other manufacturers, Apple in recent years has not chased a number of megapixels main camera, preferring to improve other indicators.

In addition, it will boast increased speed AF and will be complemented by two-tone led flash. The resolution of the front camera of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be 5 megapixels.
