Artemyev said that the anti-monopoly service (FAS) of Russia has postponed consideration of the case against Apple on the coordination of prices on Apple on February 14. The Agency has detected signs of coordination of pricing for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus in the networks of at least 16 Russian retailers and distributors.

Earlier, Artemyev said that the Agency does not see any serious opposition by Apple to investigate, “unlike Google”. Deputy head of the FAS Andrey tsarikovskiy also previously reported that FAS is ready to discuss with Apple settlement agreement in the case of a possible coordination of prices for smartphones.

If Apple is found guilty, she could face a penalty for the coordination of economic activities — from 1 to 5 million rubles.
