Evernote has announced the redesigned app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, with an emphasis on convenience and speed. Users can now waste time on ideas, not on their search, and organize, say the developers. Evernote 8.0 is already available for download in the App Store.
The creators of Evernote have taken into account the requests of users and made a “revolution” in the approach to application development. According to them, mobile app for iOS became more stylish and fast for all time of existence of the service.
One-click Evernote allows you to create notes, perform a search on them and change the styles of the records.
The first thing that you notice in the updated Evernote – improved navigation allowing to quickly find notes. The developers have removed the home screen to provide instant access to the latest edited notes. Thus you can continue working from where you left off.
Even the new look of the list allows you to quickly view notes. The app allows you to quickly jump to different notebooks to find notes. To do this, simply click on select notebooks over any list of notes.
To create a new entry in Evernote has become even easier. Just open the app and click on the button with the green “plus”. When you long press, you can swipe your finger across the screen to create an audio recording, save the image (for example, a business card, a receipt, or the Board for records) and to set reminders for specific notes.
The program also implemented the ability to quickly change styles and text formatting to create headings and subheadings using different colors and font sizes. The developers offered several preset text colors and font sizes.
