Parents should give their children an iPad almost immediately after birth. iPad stimulates more children than the book, according to the results of the research scholars of the University of London.
Annette Karmiloff-Smith, who is leading the study, said that tablets should be a part of the world of the child from birth.
“They learn so fast on tablets. The learning rate is shocking – even faster than adults, infants learn to scroll the text up and down.
Books are static. The majority of children with books in their hands just loves to turn the pages, because the visual system at this age are attracted to moving objects. That’s why tablets with sound and moving image is good,” the scientist said.
