Apple released a new version of Safari Technology Preview script support Service Workers.
Safari Technology Preview is a specialized version Mozilla created for developers. It cresterea new features of the browser and third-party web technologies.
In the latest Safari build number 46, Apple has included a scripting Service Workers. A special component that allows web sites to store information on your computer users. The latter, in turn, will be able to work with websites even without Internet connection. Web resources will be cached data directly on the devices that people no longer saw a blank page, if you suddenly lost Internet connection.
Service Workers improves the function of sending notifications from sites directly into the system, but also allows the background to synchronize and update various information.
Probably the scripts will appear in Safari for iOS. On Android they already are supported and enabled to send notifications to users. Site owners already benefit from the Service Workers and send their visitors alert, warning about the new content on their favorite web pages.
Previously, Apple has updated the public version of Safari, adding blocking auto-play videos on the Internet, as well as protection against tracking from advertisers.
