Belarusian film shot on an iPhone, won at the film festival in USA

The people of Belarus Dmitry Sakharuk and Alexander Barinov shot on iPhone short film, which entered the list of the 23 best films of the American film SmartPhilm. It is reported Rustelegraph.

The film, entitled “137 hours” was created using the iPhone 6s and iPhone 5c. The competition was attended by more than 2500 paintings from 110 countries. Belarusian film was among the three best in the category Experimental.

Belarusians took “137 hours,” using two of the Apple smartphone. The duration of the film is 4 minutes and 19 seconds.

The protagonist of the painting girl 137 hours desperately struggling with addiction. She is trying to help the guy, but to no avail. The main intrigue of the film is not the usual kind of dependence.

Earlier, Alexander Barinov Dmitry Sakharuk has already participated with this work in the velcom mobile film festival Smartfilm.

iPhone is not the first time used to create movies. As we wrote, one of the favorites of the festival of independent cinema Sundance was filmed on a iPhone 5s.

The film duration of 87 minutes called Tangerine (“Tangerine”). Tragicomedy, a story about two prostitutes-transgender people in Los Angeles, stands out not only because it shows a lesser known side of life in Hollywood, but also because it was shot entirely on the iPhone. For filming used the FiLMiC Pro app and three iPhone.
