For the first time about the existence of the service, which would allow to enroll in any wash, users thinking for a long time. City rhythm requires save time on everything from finding a satisfactory restaurant to close (and the main, ready to take to the correct time) car wash.
The need for service so sharp that its existence was considered as something self-evident. At the same time, job options didn’t exist until last year: existing products are offered in different degrees of stub functions that do not satisfy the basic requirements for applications (didn’t work online entry, the number of proposals was meager, the interface is complex and unpredictable, etc.). And since many users are quite often used to wash your car, and know how long you have to wait your turn at the car wash, the service seemed life-saving option.
The solution appeared relatively recently – in the form of “manual” and mass mobile application. We will focus on the most complete and functional application of the existing in Russia – AutoSPA. Review of the service contains personal experience of using the app: from download to your smartphone to get the service of cleaning cars.
First steps
Among the first questions asked by the administrator of the washer with the phone records, acts and mark model (body type) and vehicle’s license plate. Check in AutoSPA consists in filling the same data.
The registration itself takes about a minute (taking into account entering the code from SMS). Not immediately guessed that the first field is not the information, but requires me to enter the name. Coped by spending a few more seconds.

Search car wash
The goal was to enroll for a complex unit, located as close to the house. Immediately after registration the system suggested to select the desired service and time of delivery. In the list of services are all common options, local services for the cleaning of the engine and interior, and complex proposals (including even a separate service for the car wash with a taxi). In the first moment there was even the Association with a pricelist small service: I wanted to scroll to more options, to see if the range of diagnostics and maintenance. A little more about what functionality I would like to add to the app, I’ll discuss in the section “Conclusions”.
Search for suitable offers, there are two options: automatic and manual. When you manually search, you can select multiple car washes and make them address the request.
Favorite washes I have not found, and to focus on manual I did not. Select the automatic search – a ten-minute sorting all the available options. As I understand it, the main parameter in the selection – proximity to the location (which I needed).
Desirable cleaning day was tomorrow, and I put it in the time. The response time to 10 minutes. While it is possible to work out their own Affairs.
Here I would like to see some accompanying commentary that suitable options can be found and used. I put down the phone for 10 minutes, if my goal was not testing the AutoSpa. In my case, suitable options have been found much earlier than the expired allotted search time.
For obvious reasons, the historical part of St. Petersburg is not full of car washes, and the nearest free option was available a little further South, not far from Obvodny canal. Taking into account the brand and the features of the car, the cost of comprehensive cleaning was pretty standard. It suits us, tomorrow we go to wash.
Order confirmation and navigation
In AutoSpa provides its own system of geolocation and drawing up the optimal route to the point. Quite convenient, don’t have to switch between applications to search for the easy route. Going forward, I note that Navigator on the test proved to be quite efficient, at the level of the common counterparts. Honestly, until the last moment had doubts that the staff will be ready to take me to the specified time. Administrators of some car washes is very hard to imagine themselves interacting with modern Internet solutions. But it was on the level: the entry about the bathing at the right time is found, the problems with waiting or idle was not there.

To comment on the quality of the service will not: this place in other reviews. After bathing I was credited with another 63 bonus points – 1 point for every 10 rubles in my order.

Insights
Compliance with the goals and objectives: 10/10. The main goal is to sign up on the sink and get quality service at the right time was achieved 100%. No annoyances, obstacles to obtaining services were not available, but the main thing that I wanted to use AutoSPA.
The interface and ease of use: 8/10. The appearance and interaction process pleased, no significant complaints cannot be selected. However, in the process of using the app sometimes had questions that needed clarification. The accompanying comments are not everywhere, and what may seem obvious to the developers, requires additional experiments.
Design and appearance: 10/10. Even in limited lighting background color and the font used is pleasant to the eye and do not cause discomfort. The design AutoSpa nice, meets all modern trends of minimalism and lack of extra interface.
User interaction: 8/10. The predictability of all interface elements: buttons, progresivni, etc. on a different level. Take off two points for the fact that notices were not always timely. So, for example, information about finding suitable proposals (during the countdown time 10-minute auto search) does not appear in the list of notifications of your smartphone. Also, the application did not receive reminders that before the car left a certain number of hours. In the conditions of the day loaded with tasks and chores, such notifications have not exactly been would once ☺
Speed:10/10. The application is fast, the speed of response to user actions satisfactory.
Summary: the idea of the app is amazing: the opportunity to substantially save time car owners and administrators of sinks should please both sides of the process. It would be great if in addition to cleaning services, AutoSPA allowed to choose any service or repairs for the car, given the characteristics of the model. The number of fields when registering definitely will grow, but the time saved will pay for it with a vengeance.
Now I am sure that the future of services, allowing you to select and sort the maximum services in a single window mode. But in its current form AutoSPA fully performs the tasks assigned to it, saving its users a lot of precious minutes.
