Apple was invited to a private show Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear

According to Variety, the Apple was associated with Clarkson in July. The proposal, as noted, was “unprecedented.” But something went wrong. At the end of July it became known that Jeremy Clarkson along with James meem and Richard Hammond have signed a contract for the production of an analog of Top Gear on TV online Amazon Prime. The output of the show is expected in 2016.

Jeremy Clarkson, who took the job at Amazon, will become the highest paid TV host in the UK. It is known that it will receive 10 million pounds per year ($15 million at current exchange rate). For each issue he will earn 800,000 pounds ($1.2 million).

Clarkson will work together with James meem, Richard Hammond and producer Andy Vimanam. Their fees are estimated at 600 000 pounds per issue ($920 000).

Clarkson sacked from the BBC in March this year. The reason was his conflict with the producer: he could not find him a steak at the hotel late evening, and the host had hit him. James may and Richard Hammond decided not to continue work on Top Gear without Clarkson.

According to rumors, in support of its own video service, Apple has decided to release its own TV series and TV shows.
