Apple simplified unlock iPhone for masked people & nbsp

MOSCOW, May 22 – PRIME. The American company Apple has released an update for its phones, which allows you to unlock the device without removing the mask from the user's face.
Now users can activate the smartphone with a password, without waiting for an attempt to repeat an unsuccessful trick with Face ID due to a mask on their face.

Recall that due to the situation with the spread of coronavirus, authorities in many countries around the world have introduced the obligatory wearing of medical masks on the street or in public places in order to reduce the likelihood of infection.
According to The Verge, in the iOS 13.5 update, a function is installed that makes it much easier to unlock the smartphone by Face ID if the user is in a medical mask.
Now the owner of the iPhone, which wears a mask, must activate a finger up from the bottom of the screen to activate the phone, after which you need to enter the password.
In previous versions of iOS, users had to wait for the gadget to offer a password unlock after Face ID could not activate it.

Another coronavirus-related iOS 13.5 update is the COVID-19 case tracking interface. Here you can use applications from health authorities. In case of infection with a virus, you can check in, and then people who contacted the user will also receive a notification. However, this feature in the near future can be built directly into iOS, and not in third-party applications.
