In may of this year, Apple introduced a new tariff plan for users of the streaming service Apple Music. The initiative applies to students who can subscribe to a music service with 50% discount. Today the plan was made available for Russian students.
For many Apple products including Mac and iPad, are subject to special discounts. They are available for students accepted into University, parents buying for University students, teachers and staff of educational institutions at all levels. Now the program gets Apple Music
The company from Cupertino launched the Russia campaign, which will allow students to use music service with a good discount. 48 months (does not have to be continuous) will cost students 75 rubles a month, while at the individual rate would have had to pay 169 rubles.
From today, the offer is valid in 25 countries, including Russia, India and China. Apple stock has established in conjunction with service discounts for students, UNiDAYS, which will carry out verification of status of students.
If the user is joining Apple as a Music student, the verification service UNiDAYS must confirm that he enrolled in a College or University that awarded the degree. The service periodically checks the status of the student. If UNiDAYS find out that the user is no longer a student or has expired 48 months student subscription, the subscription will automatically become an individual subscription Apple Music.
Connect music Apple discount for students that own an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with the current version of iOS, users of Android-smartphone with AT least version 4.3. (Jelly Bean), as well as those whose computer is running iTunes.
