In 2016, Apple realized that the 16 GB of internal memory users is clearly not enough and after the presentation of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus removed from sale iPad with a minimum amount of memory. Now the tablet is available in variants of 32 GB, while it has disappeared of the model on the 64 GB — it was replaced by a cheap modification to 128 GB.
On the Apple website no longer available version of the iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4 and iPad mini 2 with an integrated memory of 16 GB. Thus we come to replace (or earlier) version with 32 GB of memory now costs the same as discontinued model: 32 990 rubles, and 32 990 22 490 respectively.
Also in the case of options of iPad Air 2 and the iPad mini 4, the company refused and the version with 64 GB of memory, on change which came in tablets with a storage capacity of 128 GB and the same price of 40 990 rubles.
A little more affordable steel models from the “professional” line of iPad Pro, the cost of some modifications of the tablets decreased from 5000 rubles. Now “Proshka” with a 9.7-inch screen is 49 990 rubles, and the 12.9-inch – 65 990 rubles in the minimum configuration. The new prices came into force in the online Apple store and Apple Store.
Note that the presented yesterday the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus also lost versions with 16 and 64 GB of memory. Buyers will be available in versions with 32, 128 and 256 GB. The start of sales of devices in Russia is scheduled for September 23.
