Apple in the next two days will introduce new pricing in the App Store. After 36 hours, the company intends to change VAT for online stores in four countries. The changes will affect the Russian App Store – the minimum value of applications is 15 rubles.
Recently Apple sets the tax software for each country separately. This is stated in the e-newsletter company. In the Apple note that the prices for apps in the App Store include VAT at the time of payments to developers are made after deduction of income tax.
Due to changes in the exchange rate in Apple decided to increase the price of apps in Mexico, South Africa, South Korea and Turkey. “Within 36 hours in the following four countries, the prices in the App Store will grow in accordance with the changed exchange rate. Existing subscriptions will not be interrupted. We have sent you this message to notify current subscribers that in the next billing period prices will increase”, – stated in the newsletter.
“Price adjustment in the App Store – a necessary procedure and is mandatory in case of increase or decrease in the exchange rate. You’ll see the new price matrix in the Pricing section on the My Apps tab in the near future”, according to Apple.
In addition, Apple will add two new Windows in the tariff schedule in several online stores. Among these App Store – Russian, Indian, Indonesian, Mexican, South African and Turkish. In Russia added options Altermate Tier A and Altermate Tier B with values of 15 and 29 rubles.
Recently Apple changed twice the prices in the Russian app store. New prices, the company installed in the directory App Store in late December.
