Apple has announced a new three-year policy for warranty service keyboard Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro. About this Macrumors reports with reference to close to the company sources.

On the website the company describes the special features of the accessory. In particular, connector Smart Connector, which is connected on the side of the keyboard unit and the corresponding side of the iPad Pro. It interacts with the conductive material inside the Smart Keyboard provides two-way transmission of power and data.
According to user reviews, some instances of the keyboard-cover stops working connecting Smart Connector, deny certain keys or repeated set of the same buttons. This was reported in internal newsletter for technical Apple specialists and authorized service centers.
