Apple announced Final Cut Pro 10.4

On October 27 Final Cut Pro X Creative Summit, Apple introduced Final Cut Pro 10.4 — update is a professional video editor. It is reported 9to5Mac.

The exact date of release yet, but the update should come out before the end of 2017. It will include new editing tools, color support VR and HDR, LUT, HEVC, and more.

Those who attended the conference for the first time got acquainted with some of the new features of Final Cut Pro X, and images from the event, with the permission of Apple, published in Twitter.

Based on the pictures and messages being present, there are several improvements that can be expected from the new version of Final Cut Pro X:

  • Support VR.
  • Support HDR.
  • Extended/reworked tools for working with color.
  • Auto white balance.
  • Support custom LUT (tables of input and output RGB values).
  • The choice of white balance.
  • Direct import of timlines from iMovie on iOS.
  • Support HEVC.

Last time Final Cut Pro was slightly updated in may 2017, and the version 10.4 — the biggest update in the history. A professional set for video editing is available for purchase in the App Store for 22990 rubles.
