Apple and Cisco announced a partnership “to maximize the potential of iOS”

Apple and Cisco have agreed to cooperate in the corporate sector, which involves the optimization of systems and networks for Cisco devices and iOS apps. This is stated in the press release, the iPhone maker.

“iOS is the best mobile platform in the world, and nearly each and every Fortune 500 and Global 500 today puts iOS in the center of your mobile strategy. iPhone and iPad have become important tools for today’s workers; they change the approach to work. We believe that together with Cisco we can provide businesses with the tools to maximize the potential of iOS and to help employees to improve work efficiency through the use of your favorite devices,” said Apple CEO Tim cook.

In the framework of the cooperation, the companies plan to optimize the network and Cisco iOS devices for more efficient and reliable collaborative work with the aim of providing users with better performance in the light of demand growth in corporate infrastructure.

Cisco is already the second important partner for Apple in the corporate market. In June last year by IBM, a leading manufacturer of servers, provider of cloud and Analytics platforms, and Apple has signed a partnership agreement under which IBM to sell iPhones and iPads to its corporate clients around the world together with predefined industry-specific solutions.
