In recent months, some AirPods Pro users have complained of crackling sounds coming from their headphones. This week, Apple has released several support articles that advise users on troubleshooting issues.
If you have any problems with AirPods Pro, then the manufacturer recommends:
Make sure the latest software is installed on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac.
Clean the mesh on top of the AirPods Pro with a dry cotton swab.
the connected device should be nearby, and there should be no interference between the device and the headphones;
Listen to audio from another application to determine if a particular application is causing the problem.
If all of the above recommendations did not help get rid of the problem, you should contact an Apple Service Center.
