Amazon introduced the first 4K TV with built-in Fire TV and Alexa [video]

Amazon announced its first 4K television on the operating system Fire TV with voice assistant, Alexa. The unit is available with four screen sizes – 43, 50, 55 and 65 inches.

LED TVs Amazon created in partnership with the American brand Element Electronics. They operate based on the operating system Fire TV and focused on the refusal of cable connections in favor of free TV via an antenna or the Internet.

Televisions are equipped with screens with a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. They come with a built in 4-core CPU, 1.1 GHz, 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB permanent memory expandable via SD card or USB drive, module Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, four HDMI connectors, USB 2.0 ports and 3.0, component, composite video and optical SPDIF.

According to the statement, Amazon, TVs will provide additional functionality that is not available today via module Fire TV Stick and set top boxes like combining streaming and television content into a unified interface.

The kit includes a voice remote with Amazon Alexa. Consumers who pre-order the novelty will receive branded HDTV antenna from Amazon Basics.

The sets are available in four screen sizes — 43, 50, 55 and 65 inches at a price of 449, 549, 649 and $ 899, respectively. Sale of novelties will start on June 14.
