Company Loup Ventures conducted a study and found out the number of Apple fans ready to buy a new smartphone.
Experts of the research firm surveyed 530 people and found out that half of them planning to purchase a new model this year. It’s certainly not the greatest selection. However, it can give approximate information about audience interest in the new Apple smartphones.
The authors of the study themselves say that the work performed does not give any accurate data. But they also note the growth of a loyal audience for Apple in comparison with last year. In June 2017, they conducted a similar survey.
According to the information received, 48% of respondents are willing to change their current smartphone for a new iPhone. Last year their number was only 25%.
Analysts also noted that of those who want to upgrade to iPhone, 18% will go with the old models iPhone X 2017, and will not buy the current version.
In the fall of 2018 Apple will reveal three new iPhone. Two premium devices: 6.5-inch and 5.8-inch OLED displays. And one budget: 6.1-inch LCD screen.
