On 6 August, two weeks after the fourth beta of iOS 9, Apple released the fifth Assembly of the upgrade on the new platform. As the test operating system is freed from errors, and gets new features. In this article MacDigger collected all detected changes in iOS 9 beta 5.
What’s new in iOS 9 beta 5 for iPhone and iPad:
- The build number 13A4325c.
- Available for iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s/5c/5/4S, iPod touch 5G, iPad 2/3/4, iPad Air, iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 1/2/3.
- Download iOS 9 beta 5 can through the built-in update and on the website for developers.
- The size of the OTA-update iOS 9 beta 5 is from 400 to 500 MB (as opposed to 300 MB from a previous build).
- To use iOS 9 beta 5 requires iTunes 12 or later.
- With iOS 9 beta 5 was released new firmware for the Apple Watch – watchOS 2.0 beta 5.
- 15 new Wallpaper on the theme of nature, space and abstraci.
- CarPlay supports music services Beats 1 and Apple Music, including “likes” songs.
- Updated the player interface CarPlay.
- New keys “Shift” and “Backspace”.
- Support for Wi-Fi calls to the new operator AT&T (previously, only T-Mobile).
