According to Creative Strategies, one of the most reputed firms engaged in marketing research, wireless headphones AirPods demonstrate a high degree of satisfaction of owners of 98%. The study involved 942 people.
Sale AirPods started in December last year. Interest in the Apple brand headset was very great, as previously said the head of company Tim cook who, when asked about the sales of AirPods declared “a resounding success”. It’s been four months, but the demand for AirPods are still enormous. Apple still ready to deliver the gadget no earlier than 6 weeks from date of order.
According to the study, 82% of owners of AirPods “very satisfied” with their headphones, and 16% are “satisfied”. The remaining 2% of respondents say that “not satisfied” or “dissatisfied” with purchase.
The satisfaction level of 98% is a record for Apple. In particular, in 2016, 92% of iPhone owners were satisfied with the device, 2015 – 97%.

98% of owners praise AirPods speed charging Jack (15 minutes to 100%), 95% – design and operation of the power system W1. 95% of respondents said that AirPods work long enough in offline mode, and 93% believe that AirPods sit well in my ears.
