9.3 beta iOS 7 vs. iOS 9.2.1: comparison of performance on iPhone 6, 5s, 4s and iPad Air [video]

Great iAppleBytes assessing the performance of different versions of iOS, has published on its YouTube channel a new video testing the speed of a fresh beta version of iOS 9.3. As a starting point was selected the last stable release of iOS 9.2.1.

The OS performance was evaluated on iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s and iPad Air. Testing was sufficiently detailed enthusiast conducted several experiments, including download speed, launch apps, system functions, performance in Geekbench.

Basically iAppleBytes test evaluated the speed of loading of standard programs and games. Placing a number of two iPhone and iPad, it was simultaneously enabled device and measure the result. Summary: iOS 9.2.1 was more “otzyvchivaya” in most tasks. Unfortunately, even the seventh beta of Apple are unable to sufficiently optimize the operating system, noted the blogger. The author of the benchmark believes that the owners of iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 is not worth it to torment himself with hopes to improve performance with the release of the final version of iOS 9.3.
