And this, according to the analyst, will be the only noticeable difference between the new generation of headphones. No external changes are to be expected – AirPods 3 will look like second-generation AirPods. Min-Chi Kuo notes that Apple has decided to release AirPods 3 due to lower demand for current-generation headphones.
Min-Chi Kuo also talked about the next generation of AirPods Pro. According to him, the new model will go into mass production in the fourth quarter of 2021 or in the first quarter of 2022.
