Bloomberg sources recently announced high demand for AirPods Pro. And now, Nikkei Asian Review insiders have said the same thing. According to them, the demand for new wireless headphones turned out to be much higher than Apple expected. In this regard, the company doubled the production volume of AirPods Pro. Now, Luxshare Precision, Apple’s manufacturing partner, will produce instead of one million, two million AirPods Pro headphones per month.
Nikkei Asian Review sources added that Apple also asked Luxshare and Chinese manufacturer Goertek to increase the production of conventional AirPods at their factories in Vietnam. True, how much increased production volumes of simple AirPods is not specified.
