Introduced in September, the iPhone 11 trio was warmly received by customers in different markets. For example, in China, thanks to new models, Apple has managed to increase sales. This was reported by Bloomberg news agency.
iOS 13.3 vs iOS 13.2.2 – which one is faster?
Officially introduced 16-inch MacBook Pro
According to Bloomberg, between September and October 2019, Apple sold 10 million iPhones. This is 6% more compared to the same period last year. Compared to the iPhone XR, iPhone sales are up more than 300%. Canalys analyst Nicole Peng believes that the Chinese are more willing to buy the iPhone 11 than last year's models, while older iPhones are showing weaker sales.
Note that before the release of iPhone 11, Apple's business in China did not go well. Apple's share of the local smartphone market has been declining under the onslaught of local brands such as Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo and Vivo. Earlier, Apple CEO Tim Cook hinted that the new prices, the trade-in program and the installment plan allowed iPhone to regain lost ground in the Chinese market.
