The first access to the third beta version of iOS 13.1 was received by authorized Apple developers, and after them the participants in the Apple Seed public beta testing program got the opportunity to download the update. They can install the beta version over the air after installing the appropriate certificate on the device. Those who want to join the beta program can register on the official Apple website, after which they will get access to test versions of iOS, macOS and tvOS.
Recall, at the presentation, which took place last Tuesday, Apple announced the release dates not only iOS 13, but also iOS 13.1. If the final release of iOS 13 is scheduled for September 19, then the public version of iOS 13.1 will be released on September 30 along with iPadOS. In iOS 13.1, some features that were announced at WWDC 2019, but removed from iOS 13 during the beta testing period, for example, shortcut automation, will return.
