Parus Holdings claims that Apple has violated patent number 7076431. The latter is literally described by Siri. Namely – a system for obtaining information from websites using a voice command.

Apple – according to Parus Holdings – uses Siri illegally. Contrary to intellectual property rights. Under suspicion a wide range of users.

The list of "violators" is impressive. In the list of devices – iPhone 6s and later models. It also concerns the iPad Pro, HomePods, Apple Watch, MacBook and iMac Pro.

What does Parus Holdings require from Apple? Companies from Cupertino face huge fines (for lost profits, and so on).

However, it is difficult to consider Parus Holdings to be innocent. Patent No. 7076431 it acquired from Webley Systems. And now blackmails leading industry players.

Parus Holdings threatens not only Apple. Siri alone has not done. Similar claims are filed to Samsung, LG and Google. The reason is that they have digital assistants.
