Russian trading network unexpectedly cut prices for the 4-inch Apple flagship. Cheaper compact smartphone 2016 release iPhone SE. According to sources, the decline in prices may be initiated by Apple Inc.
Currently the basic SE version of the iPhone with 16 GB of memory can be purchased less than 30 000 rubles. So, one of the online stores offers to buy new for the price 29 789 rubles (price adjustment is made up from 22%), and the other for 29 990 rubles (21% cheaper). Apparently, we can talk about the “gray” deliveries of devices.
From the official sellers the lowest price on iPhone SE installed Internet-shop “Ozone” – 36 943 rubles (the difference is about 3%). In the official online Apple store iPhone SE sold at a price of 37 990 rubles.
It is possible that the decline in prices was influenced by the strengthening of the national currency, as well as competition from the iPhone 5s. In June several major Russian retailers including MTS” and “M. Video” almost simultaneously lowered the price of this device. In some stores a 4-inch smartphone can be purchased for less than 20 000 rubles.
Early last month, retailers cut prices on the iPhone 6s. The reason was the struggle for the buyer and the strengthening of the ruble, which has allowed to lower the price.
Prior to that, several major Russian electronics retailers almost simultaneously reduced the price of iPad Pro. In some stores, “Apple” tablet you can buy for less than 50 000 rubles, which is below the price recommended by Apple.
