Xenowerk – fire and chitin

About 7-8 years ago a games industry veteran Chris Taylor built a sweet but amusing trinket called Space Siege. The plot: the mad scientists built a labyrinth in the bunker terrible monsters who escaped to freedom and scientists devoured. To fight, however, is great. There are two weapons and a few special abilities: to be treated, to run fast. The second is especially useful when the main gun will overheat, and duplicating, as it turns out, doesn’t really fit here for this three-meter creatures.
With weapons in General need to be careful is your ticket to victory. Best combination: the machine gun and the grenade launcher: you can pour lead, and then dashing to send explosives in his mouth presumptuous bastard. Importantly, the level of the weapons are regularly increased, so think twice before you throw out old gun instead of a new one.

For completing missions give you money, but save up for something worthwhile rather difficult; however, you can always pay real money.

Someone Xenowerk may discourage simplistic to think there really is no need, and sometimes too. All missions – a series of repetitive imperatives: to kill the biggest monster, blow up the generator, kill the monster generator, monster, collect data (unexpectedly!), again the generator. Fortunately, the levels are short and the game can be run for a few hours, get bored and if time, only closer to the finale.

Another problem: brand stamped design. Imagine all the cliches in the genre of “mad scientists created monsters” and rest assured – it’s all here. Offices, corridors, mess, writing on the wall for help and supposedly the fear-mongering that “they are coming for you”. They are not – they came and sprayed a green fountain, catching turn. In General, in Xenowerk atmosphere do not wait. Although the graphics and especially the play of light and shadow is beautiful.

Xenowerk costs 120 rubles and takes about 100 MB, and runs on iOS 6.1. This, of course, plus: usually this kind of games are much more demanding.
