The heart rate sensor, Apple Watch saved the life of a Builder from Canada

Apple Watch can be of immense help. The sensors in your device are not useless – they can even save a life. British newspaper the Sun reported the story of 62-year-old Builder from Canada, who helped a “smart” watch Apple.

During operation, Dennis Anselmo felt a sharp discomfort and thought he had the flu. But when the Apple Watch showed that his pulse exceeded 210 beats per minute, the canadian realized that everything is much more serious. Doctors, who have carried out preventive actions, explained that if he hadn’t went to the doctors, it is likely that night would happen the second attack and the man could not be saved.

“When I felt unwell, I sat down and started digging through the Apple Watch. At that time, I wore them only a few weeks and began to carefully monitor their heart rate. Usually, I have a low pulse, around 50. For most people the norm 55-76 beats per minute, but when I saw the 210 blows, I said to his assistant: “Call an ambulance!”

Dennis watch collector, his collection of 35 different models, so when he decided to purchase the Apple Watch, his wife Mary took it without much enthusiasm: “at First wife was against it, but after the attack agreed that the watch is “paid for itself”, so now all my other watches cleaned away”.
