Sony has announced the start of the Russian sales of its new smartphone in a waterproof version. The Xperia M4 Aqua appeared in retail stores and the online store of the company.
Sony Xperia M2 Aqua is protected in accordance with the maximum rating classification Ingress Protection — IP68. This means that the device is dustproof and waterproof, in water it can operate at a depth of over one meter. This is the first smartphone from Sony, which uses port Capless USB (not covered by a flap, but is protected from the water after bathing is necessary for the device to dry for half an hour before charging).
